Here is some detailed information about the holiday apartment “Desteny”, with view on the Lake of Bütgenbach, in the Belgian Ardennes. The apartment is ideal for groups of 4 to 6 persons, with 2 nights minimum stay.

A 5th or 6th person on the sofa bed in the living room is possible for an additional fee of 59,00€ per person and stay. If you book for 4 persons, you can book up to 2 additional travel companions. Maximum 6 persons (including children up to the age of 3 years, in their own travel bed in the living room, free of charge).

It is not allowed to organize student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties.

The apartment is fully equipped and includes:

  • living room with a corner sofa and fold-out bed (with mattress) and satellite TV with 60 channels, Internet and DVD/ Blu-Ray Player
  • dining area with a dining table for 8 people
  • fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob and oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, electric kettle, hand blender, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans
  • bedroom with double bed
  • bedroom with a bunk bed
  • bathroom (with hair dryer) with shower and toilet

  • Arrival: Monday, wednesday or friday between 4PM and 7PM

  • Departure: Sondays until 7PM, mondays, wednesdays or fridays until 10AM

    • Late check-out may be possible upon prior request at an additional cost

  • Minimum stay: 2 nights

The incidental costs of 100 € per stay includes:
